  1. Establish and develop an active and collaborative relationship with new Parish Priest.
  2. Consolidate whole school and community approach to Positive People Program.


POTENTIAL OF THE INDIVIDUAL​​

  1. Enhance Professional Learning through teacher reflection, lesson studies and team meetings.
  2. Consolidate Inquiry approaches to teaching and learning through English, Mathematics, Religious Education and flexible learning environments.
  3. Gather baseline evidence of student achievement in reading.
  4. Monitor progress of Inquiry model in teaching and learning in Mathematics and History (Students & Teachers).

GLOBAL STEWARDSHIP 


  1. Continue Professional Development in Learning Management System to include all staff.
  2. Formulate a plan for Year 7 to Secondary by developing Leadership oppertunities that involve more students.

 

THE POWER OF HOPE

  1. ​Celebrate St Catherine’s School’s 5​0th Anniversary through a variety of events involving the whole community.
